What We Offer - Making a Booking

Are you planning a holiday, vacation, cultural trip or visit to the UK where you can experience the local, authentic and unique old England? experienceDevon’s customised itinerary planning can give you an English experience that is off the beaten path, and showing you the arts, culture and natural environment of North Devon.

Booking with experienceDevon is easy and the booking process is outlined here for you.

1. After viewing our website and finding this section, email experienceDevon with any general questions you may have. Or simply email us to request an ‘initial questionnaire’ at info@experiencedevon.com
2. After replying to any initial emails or upon request from you, experienceDevon will send you the ‘initial questionnaire’. This questionnaire asks you a series of questions about you and your party, your interests and expectations
3. You email back the initial questionnaire
4. experienceDevon review it and send you the ‘follow up questionnaire’. This is more detailed and asks questions that help us to write an itinerary that is customised to your interests, wants and experiences sought whilst on vacation
5. experienceDevon also emails you the terms and conditions which you need to read and agree to, should you proceed to step 6
6. You return the follow up questionnaire and pay the non-refundable deposit. At this stage you will be asked to tick a box to say that you agree to the terms and conditions
7. You are now entering into a contract with us
8. Once the deposit has been received, experienceDevon start to work on your itinerary. This will entail us contacting you directly to discuss or clarify things and personalise it for you
9. You pay the balance, as per the terms and conditions
10. experienceDevon send you your itinerary and welcome/orientation details by email, before you depart from home. If you have requested our services for reserving accommodation, your reservation will also be confirmed at this time
11. For non- UK residents, we will provide you with an orientation session and a Welcome Pack. This will include another copy of your itinerary so you do not need to bring a copy with you
12. For UK residents, experienceDevon will welcome you and give you a Welcome Pack, which includes a copy of your itinerary. You can request an orientation for an additional charge.
